PrintPrint, from time to time, send out a e-newsletters and marketing materials to keep our customers up to date with products and offers. This may be done by email or telephone . We use a third party services named Zoho, Mailchimp and Ascend  for some of these services, for more information please visit We only send to or contact existing customers that have purchased from PrintPrint or clients who have previously signed up to our newsletter. Clients can cancel their subscription at any time on the mailer.

Social Media

We use a third-party provider, Zoho to schedule our social media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored on the respective platform.

Any email sent to us, including any attachments, may be monitored and used by us for reasons of security and for monitoring compliance with our internal processing policy. Email monitoring or blocking software may also be used. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send to us is within the bounds of the law.

We use a third party provider, Wix, to supply and support our LiveChat service, which we use to handle customer enquiries and queries in real time. For more information please visit 

If you use the LiveChat service we will collect your name, email address (optional) and the contents of your LiveChat session. This information will be retained for a period which will be periodically reviewed every 6 months and will not be shared with any other organisations.
