The brief

Make the practice feel calm and local for patients, and give the team somewhere they are proud to work, from the street to the surgery.

What we did

We planned every room on printed mock-ups first, then designed it all in-house around the town. Old photographs of Loughborough's streets wrap the surgery cabinets. The Carillon tower runs up a column. A historic map of the town covers the waiting room glass. Outside, new window graphics carry the brand and treatments, and the surgeries have new door signs.

The result

A practice with its own local identity, from the street to the surgery chair. In the practice manager's words:
