Is my artwork the correct size?

You can ensure your artwork is correct by using our artwork templates which you can find on our Artwork & Templates page – click here.


Will you check my artwork before printing?

As soon as your order has been placed, one of our artwork experts will check your artwork for size, bleeds and resolution.  Unfortunately we cannot check spelling and grammar, however if we do notice an error, we will contact you and stop production (please note this may cause a delay with your job).


What if I'm not happy with something?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your print we would ask you contact our team with the any issues and we will endeavour to put things right.


New Customers

How do I order?

Ordering is all done via our easy to use ordering system, where you add your product to the cart, then you can upload your print ready artwork.  Once your order is received we will send you a confirmation email, then check your files and proceed to print and despatch once ready.


How can I pay?

Place your order securely online and make payment via credit/debit card / or paypal we will then check your files, process and dispatch for you.  All payments are processed through paypal if you do not have a paypal account please don’t worry you can still use your debit/credit cards.
